Slovenia VISA REQUIRMENTS FOR

CITIZENS OF Haiti Living In Saudi Arabia

The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months and should contain at least two (2) blank (unused) pages facing each other.

One application form, filled in block capital letters and signed in either blue or black ink only. The application form is not to be printed double sided and in case the applicant is a minor (less than 18 years old), the form must be signed by both parents.

One (1) photograph (3.5*4.5 cm), the photograph must be clear and in sharp focus and must have been taken no longer than six months ago. The photograph must have a white background and the applicant showing neutral expressions and not smiling, it must show a close-up of the face and shoulders such that the face constitutes 70-80% of the photograph.

Original employment certificate issued by the applicant's employer printed on company letterhead. The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Slovenia, Visa Section. Please prepare the letter as per the following guidelines:

  • Briefly introduce the applicant and include the applicant's name, age, gender, passport number and current employment status.
  • State the applicant's employment duration, job title and current monthly salary.
  • State that the applicant has been granted permission to leave and that they shall resume working in their current position upon their return.
  • Business owners must present the original and a copy of the company’s trade license.
  • Students must present a proof of enrolment issued by their school or university.

Original bank statements from the past six (6) months. In case the applicant does not have a bank account, they should present other proof of assets. If the applicant is sponsored by their spouse or parents, the sponsor's passport must be presented along with their bank statement for the past six (6) months and a copy of the birth/marriage certificate.

Hotel reservation covering the full duration of the applicant's stay. The reservation must include full contact details of the hotel, in addition to the applicant's name.

A copy of the return flight itinerary, the reservations must show the applicant's full name as per their passport, as well as the flight date and full itinerary.

The insurance should cover the entire intended duration of stay with all the expenses that may arise during it and must be valid in all Schengen countries, with a minimum coverage of thirty thousand (30,000) Euros.

The applicant must present a detailed daily travel plan showing their daily activities.

Copies of previous Schengen visas (if applicable).

In case of minor applicant, you must also submit the below documents:

  • Birth certificate translated.(copy + original )
  • If the minor travel without his/her legal guardian: consent of both parents or legal guardian, the application needs to be signed by both parents in front of the visa agent, in case of one parent/guardian is residing in another country, he/she has to submit a written letter of consent to the travel.
  • If the minor is travelling with one parent or one of his/her legal guardian : a consent of the other parent, who isn’t traveling or a legal guardian needs to be submitted, in case if one parent/guardian is residing in another country, he/she has to submit a written letter of consent to the travel. Itinerary, if visiting more than one member state.

All non-English documents must be translated to English.
