Original employment certificate issued by the applicant's employer printed on company letterhead. The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Cameroon, Visa Section. Please prepare the letter as per the following guidelines:
- Briefly introduce the applicant and include the applicant's name, age, gender, passport number and current employment status.
- State the applicant's employment duration, job title and current monthly salary.
- State that the applicant has been granted permission to leave and that they shall resume working in their current position upon their return.
- Business owners must present the original and a copy of the company’s trade license.
- Students must present a proof of enrolment issued by their school or university.
Original bank statements from the past three (3) months. In case the applicant does not have a bank account, they should present other proof of assets. If the applicant is sponsored by their spouse or parents, the sponsor's passport must be presented along with their bank statement for the past three (3) months and a copy of the birth/marriage certificate.
Hotel reservation covering the full duration of the applicant's stay. The reservation must include full contact details of the hotel, in addition to the applicant's name.
